Rebekah + Jeremy

We were very fortunate to be a part of Rebekah and Jeremy's lovely spring wedding. Rebekah's bouquet included peony, ranunculus, mint, anemone and a poppy from Mary's own garden! The color story was so beautiful, strawberry and mint with pale peach and ivory thrown in. Colored lanterns twinkled above the dance floor and the table numbers were each handwritten on pieces of slate. The bride and groom were cheered on as they left their party with handmade tissue paper pompoms- true party style! Congrats Becky and Jeremy!

A huge thank you to Rachel Joy Photos for perfectly capturing the evening

Jen and Josh- a wedding by the lake

You may remember this post of Jen and Josh's wedding from earlier this year, but we absolutely adore these photos that Clay from Red Gallery photography shared of their wedding by the lake. They captured all of the happy moments and sweet details of their boat club wedding so beautifully. For even more photos and vendor details see their original post here.

The most perfect wedding

So it may be biased for me to say so because she is one of my favorite people of all time, but Allie and Nate had such the perfect wedding. I was thrilled to see these gorgeous photos of their special day, captured by the uber talented Megan Leigh Bernard. You can also see more from their wedding right here.

Kate was officially the happiest bride ever- and you can tell from her photos (magnificently captured by Jennifer of JoJo photography.) The radiant blue hydrangeas she chose for her bridesmaids to carry were as bright as her smile.

for Whitney: chevron and posies

Photobucket
Whitney is one of our brides at Rose Bredl, and her upcoming June wedding is going to be an elegant  terrace affair with charcoal grey and coral accents. The bride, who loves bold patterns (especially chevron) found much of her inspiration from this wedding featured on style me pretty, so I sprinkled images from this throughout. She is working with Finer Things Event Planning to nail down the details of her big day, and we thought we'd help by creating an inspiration board tailored just for her.
Some of the details:
terrace with twinkle lights found here.
Chevron table setting (and other chevron-y goodness) found here
coral bridesmaids dress, J.Crew.
the cake is an inspiration from this previous rose bredl post
The bride herself sent me a few of these images- including the adorable instagram of their save-the-dates from Design by Bittersweet, and bridesmaids' card by Rifle paper

For Mallory: Winter Pink and Cream

Photobucket
Here is an inspiration board made for Mallory's potential winter wedding. She still loves the ideas of white and pink and I think it works splendidly with a winter theme. I added small pops of sage green and blue (for Clay) to keep it from being too peaches and cream.

Color Love:

Photobucket
I loved the palette from this bouquet Mary made for an event yesterday- the pretty greens and pinks just popped paired with the softer neutrals throughout. I always love when brides venture away from the two-color wedding theme. It makes everything more interesting (not to mention easier for planning- since everything you plan on having at your event has to be only two colors- and exactly the same hue as the two colors you chose.) Draw inspiration from a favorite photo, you'll find there are hundreds of colors working together to make one big happy scheme- then pick your favorites!

My friend Jenna is getting married! She is so beautiful and her wedding will be nothing less than stunning. When she told me she had decided on her colors (black and ivory with pops of gold and blush) I thought it would be fun to make her this inspiration board. Hope you love it, too!
