If you haven't already- we would love it if you clicked here to VOTE for Rose Bredl in 614 Magazine's ColumBest 2011. Don't forget to write in rosebredlflowers.blogspot.com as your new favorite local blog, too! And hey, voters get a chance to win 1 of three Trek bikes, so what's not to love? (especially if you're riding in Pelotonia)
I love the look of terrariums anywhere in the home- whether it be an indoor porch or in a well -lit living room. Cloches work well for potted plants as well, and you can tuck all kinds of good green things inside.

I love this ring from bhldn, there is just so much happiness in the word "yes," especially when it is en francaise and in the form of a beautiful ring. Mary made this arrangement last week for the store it is so sunny and cheerful, who wouldn't say yes to receiving one just like it? Even on monday, say "oui" to happiness!
Before you is an unparalleled parfait. The Banana Cream Parfait from Jeni's *splendid* ice creams. Today is the last day to get it (and you don't want to miss it!) - good thing there's a Jeni's one block away from Rose Bredl, so you can help yourself to one before you come visit us here at the store.
The Short North Wedding Walk is coming up, and with that in mind we thought we would share a few photos of Rose Bredl from last spring's occasion. Brides be sure to mark your calender for April 10th, and bring your friends (bridesmaids!) You can find out more about the wonderful vendors who participate in this event here
Make your wedding day lucky: wear this adorable lucky clover necklace from Emerson Made (yes I know, we LOVE her). If it's an Irish themed wedding, carry a green and white bouquet, like the one featured in photographer Rebecca Hansen's St. Patrick's day inspired photo shoot (via Ruffled). We bet eyes will be smiling, whether they're Irish or not.
We at Rose Bredl love and celebrate creativity, and I love seeing the different spaces creative friends carve out to 'get cookin' on ideas, crafts, blog-posts- you name it. So, we asked some of our favorite creative people to share their spaces with us. This space belongs to Kelly, author of Classically Eclectic, an awesome blog about home style, renovation and the places to find the inspiration to do so. I envy her neatness! (though she did admit it usually involves magazines strewn all over) True to her blog, Kelly's creative space is still evolving (should she replace the chair she spray-painted from her dad's office with a bamboo chair? A louis ghost chair? Should she get a new lamp?) Be sure to read Kelly's blog this week to get more details on her space (including where she got her amazing prints)!
This morning as I was leaving the house I passed through my galley kitchen as always. My kitchen is tiny and generally makes me crazy, but today it was too cheerful a setting not to share-thanks to my new tonic candle and some beautiful tulips from Mary. Maybe Monday won't be so bad...
Spring is coming, and needless to say gardening is on the brain. We were completely blown away by McCullough Nursery's booth at the Central Ohio Home & Garden show- so lush and green and gorgeous! If you're looking for some amazing container gardening for a smaller urban (or suburban) yard, look no further. Read more about what you see, here.
I love this letter-pressed print from dutchdoor on etsy. Ohio's state bird and bloom have never looked cuter. It made me think of the gorgeous red carnations we used for our flower poufs at last year's wedding walk (which by the way, is coming up soon!)
